Natural company growth combined with strategic planning; Ininew Limited Partnership has developed into a boutique engineering firm that specializes in the business of improving the quality of life on First Nations.  

Ininew Limited Partnership is a professional engineering firm licensed to practice in Manitoba and Ontario. Our staff have degrees or diplomas in civil engineering, civil technology, project management, and chartered accounting. 

Ininew proudly represents the strength and success of First Nation businesses in Canada. We are majority-owned by First Nation communities, with a team that is predominantly First Nation operated. Our head office is based on First Nation urban reserve economic lands in Winnipeg. Our work is rooted in serving and collaborating with First Nation communities. 

Working for First Nations is fundamentally different than working with other clients and we understand those differences, first-hand. We make it our business to speak the language of our clients and move at their pace. We know who we work for.

We believe in a collaborative, team-based approach to every project — because results matter, so does quality, and most importantly - meeting expectations of our clients is paramount.    

Our mission is to provide insight, expertise, and support to First Nations as they work with government partners to bring their community vision to life. Insight, because we have a deep understanding of what it means to be First Nation. Expertise, because all we do is work with First Nations day in and day out. Support, because empowerment is the key to change.
